Wall mounted air conditioners are attached to the living rooms; natural gas heaters in hallways.
Pets: Cats are petmitted (with a $300.00 additional security deposit per cat). Dogs are not allowed.
Our two bedroom aparments provide ample room for two occupants at a reasonable price. With 795 square feet of living space for $950.00 a month (plus $950.00 security deposit), these apartments provide great value.
Heating and cooling are as the one bedroom apartment, with an additional air conditioner in the master bedroom. The same rules regarding pets apply.
Our three bedroom apartments offer the best possible bang for your buck, with a spacious 1164 square feet (almost 50% larger than our two bedrooms!) for $1350.00 per month (plus $1350.00 security deposit).
Heating and air conditioning are centralized and a dishwasher is included. The rules regarding pets are as above.
